Eve is an incredibly laid back filly. Possibly too laid back - to the point she is frankly lazy at home. She seems to enjoy nothing more than grazing in the pasture or having a nice snooze in her barn... Well, as long as food isn't involved and then she can be a complete pig. She is, however, confident and self assured, with lovely manners and a sweet disposition. She loves everyone, and will show it. Training her, once she is motivated, is a real treat and she actually has shown some competitive spirit during training sessions. We are hoping a little competition will liven her up on the track.​

Eve loads well and is very laid back in the stalls. She breaks slowly and is content to sit at the back, or toward the back, of the pack. She responds well enough to urging, however, and will find a good pace with a little guidance from her jockey. Eve likes to stay with the main group and makes her main moves in the end stages of a race. Surprisingly, this filly does have a sting in her tail She practically flies under the strong arm of a jockey - one or two cracks of the whip and she is gone. She doesn't care about the other horses, she wants to get to the front and win so she can get a special treat when she gets home.
