Happy got his barn name through the laughter of a few jokes, a sarcastic suggestion towards his race-name. But 'Happy' is more fitting to his name than one may believe, for his talent is awe-strikingly impressive, and he certainly manages to make his trainers smile! Unpredictable and equally as temperamental, if you aren't careful with this stallion you're going to get burned. Choose your approaches wisely, as his mood swings can be as fast as his legs! Capable of being kind, Happy is very talented at fooling people into trust; however the extremities of his personality are matched by none, and and he can be equally as nasty. This colt is quite dominant to other horses, especially other colts, and can be very show-offish around them. In the parade ring, it is not uncommon for his head to be held high with his ears slicked across his skull. Oddly, however, he will behave very well in hand around them - almost as if he feels that good ground manners make him superior. Very little scares this colt, and he could well be described as fearless, and he is most certainly competitive. However, he dislikes affection and will become very stand-offish if smothered.
