Theus is the king. He is a mirror-image of his sire in many ways. First of all, he carries himself in the same fashion - fierce, with the pride of a lion in his heart. He backs down from no horse and anything he encounters is greeted with the same neutral façade. Nothing deters him from his path, a trait inherited from both sire and dam. When Theus walks, it is with a kingly strut. He never walks like an ordinary horse, preferring to stride with dignity and pride. All he needs is a scepter and a crown to complete his image. Theus is healthily arrogant, to the point where it is not annoying but its not unnoticeable either. Theus loves to be treated with special care by humans. He loves grooming more than any other horse we have and could spend hours dozing with a brush coasting across his skin. He loves to look his best at all times and does not tolerate being dirty. With other horses, Theus makes it clear that he stands apart. He will never hold himself subordinate to another and would prefer to fight rather than accept a position lower on the totem pole. Theus is built rock solid with layers of muscle and knows how to use his bulk if necessary to get what he wants, but he is not a very physical horse. His is the power of a horse that just comes with the territory - it is not earned through his brute physicality but through grace.
