Good-natured, calm and faithful; Stella is a lovely mare to work with and attracts the attentions of even the most distant of staff at the yard. She is a favorite on stable tours due to her gentle nature and is one of the sweetest horses you'll ever meet. It is not unusual to see this sweetheart following staff without a lead rope or standing nicely in the cross-ties. But she is no lazy nag, Stella has a bounce in her step and a quiet energy buzzing just beneath the surface. Stella in incredibly brave and self-confident, never faltering in even the most difficult of situations. While comfortable in a herd, and never attacking submissive horses, she is not one to stick to other horses - she's happy to move away from the group and easily gallops ahead.

Stella usually breaks fairly well, but not fast. Her breaks are clean and slow-paced, which sets her up to run in the middle of the field. Stella loves getting down and dirty in the middle of the field, hugging the rail as if it were her lover. Since Stella is a sprinter, she makes her move fairly quick after breaking as Devon takes her to the outside of the field where she makes her move. She doesn't like hugging the rail when she makes her move though because she is afraid of others trying to bump into her when she goes for her run. Once Stella is wide, she really digs into the grass and drives hard down the centre of the field to clinch the win.
